Managing Principal

Marc founded MarinaSales Asset Advisors after several years as a principal at a long-standing mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. He has advised in the merger or sale of numerous businesses and properties throughout the United States. He manages with a thorough approach to client service and maintains exceptional standards for business excellence. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine.


Senior Financial Analyst

Luke joined MarinaSales Asset Advisors with a background in financial analytics and management. Prior to joining MSAA, he has worked in financial management roles for both  New England-based and national RV dealerships. In addition, he brings over 10 years of experience from the financial services industry. He is a graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.



Karen’s work for the past 20 years has focused on investment properties representing both sellers and buyers internationally and nationally. Karen follows trends in the marina industry which enables her to provide the highest level of service to clients. She has advised and brokered many marina, resort and waterfront development deals, providing first-class investments to buyers and supplying well-qualified buyers to sellers. She is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Florida. She is based out of New York City. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
