Brian Murphy, Mid-Atlantic Region
Brian has over 20 years of Commercial Investment Property brokerage experience. In his career, he has successfully negotiated over $250,000,000 of investment property transactions. Additionally, he has participated as a principal in over $100,000,000 of real estate ventures. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and has co-brokerage arrangements with brokers in most other coastal states. Brian is a lifelong boater who got his first experience in the marina business working at a summer job at a South Jersey marina during college.
Peter Meyer, Gulf Coast
As a Senior Broker/Investment Advisor focusing on marinas, self-storage and land, Peter Meyer specializes in creating customized marketing plans for owners by helping attract prospective buyers. He understands the current market trends, investment strategies and what to look for in making a property work for all buyers and sellers. Peter’s acquisition and disquisition experience helps inform clients of all aspects involved with each transaction in order to make the right business decision. By joining the MarinaSales team, he and MarinaSales are creating one of the largest marina brokerage platforms in the industry. Peter grew up sailing on Galveston Bay, located near his home in Houston, Texas and continues to be actively boating with his family and friends.
Forrest Westin, West Coast
Forrest is a Principal in Agemark, his family’s Berkeley, CA based company, which specializes in the development, ownership, and management of senior living communities throughout the United States. He has held that position since 2000 and is responsible for property acquisition, entitlement, development, project management, and the implementation of property management. In 2003 Forrest founded WoodRiver Development and Investment Inc, a firm focused on land development and multi-family investment. Forrest began his career as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds a Masters Degree from the Center for Real Estate at MIT. While at MIT, Forrest wrote his Master’s Thesis on the long-term value of waterfront real estate.
