This substantial business complex is comprised of a full-service marina, hotel, guest lodge, and restaurant located on the western shore of the Laguna Madre, south of Corpus Christi on the Texas Gulf coast. Recently built, the complex officially opened for business in October 2006 - with the Grand Opening of the Hotel and The Laguna Reef Restaurant. The Bait and Tackle Store, the docks and the boat slips were completed in late 2005. This development has been at the leader of the revitalization of the surrounding Flour Bluff area. The marina is the closest full-service marina to the fabled fishing waters of Baffin Bay, Land Cut and the Laguna Madre. It also provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, by virtue of its proximity to the newly created Packery Channel.
